There's still no debate set in the Democratic race for governor.
What we have instead or dueling lobbying campaigns. Lt. Gov. Beverly Perdue wants to debate Treasurer Richard Moore on WTVD on April 22. Moore's campaign has already committed to debate on WRAL on the same night.
Perdue spokesman David Kochman sent a message calling on Moore to accept WTVD's offer. Moore's spokeswoman, Julie White, sent a message calling on WTVD to join forces with WRAL.
