Secretary of State Elaine Marshall's campaign thinks it has the perfect stocking stuffer for this holiday season: a bumper sticker with Marshall's name on it.
It's what every little boy and girl wants.
But seriously -- that's the pitch from Marshall's fundraiser in an email sent Friday titled "Need a stocking stuffer?" Apparently the push toward the end of the campaign fundraising quarter is prompting a few quirky ideas.
Between now and Dec. 19, the Democrat's campaign is offering to mail a sticker to anyone who makes a contribution of $5 or more. "It's the perfect stocking stuffer so make your contribution of $5 or more before we run out," the donation page proclaims.
Two thoughts: Dome's stocking is full, so don't get any ideas. And our guess is that they won't run out of bumper stickers.
