That's 'Hackney' with an 'H'

At least twice, President Barack Obama has referred to "the House Speaker."

"We've got the Speaker of the House right here," Obama said, pointing to Joe Hackney in the first row as he was giving acknowledgements and thanks. 

Dome believes the president has forgotten his name. It's Joe Hackney, an Orange County Democrat.
