State House final budget vote

The N.C. House took its final vote on the $19.7 billion budget at 12:15 a.m. Saturday.

The vote was 73-45, with five Democrats voting in favor with all Republicans.

Update:  In a prepared statement, House Speaker Thom Tillis urges Gov. Bev Perdue to "sign the budget quickly."

You betcha, just as quickly as he moved to prolong and intensify the suffering of the unemployed.  I hope that he will soon joins their ranks.  BTW, who were the five "Democrats".  Also, as she has been deigned by Republicans as "incompetent", perhaps a signature could be legally challenged?
