The N.C. House took its final vote on the $19.7 billion budget at 12:15 a.m. Saturday.
The vote was 73-45, with five Democrats voting in favor with all Republicans.
Update: In a prepared statement, House Speaker Thom Tillis urges Gov. Bev Perdue to "sign the budget quickly."
