U.S. Rep. Heath Shuler is taking his kids.
The Waynesville Democrat plans to walk to the inauguration of President-elect Barack Obama with his wife, son Navy and daughter Island.
Later in the day, he'll attend the Southern States Ball, one of the larger official events, according to spokesman Andrew Whalen. The ball will be held at the National Guard Armory.
shuler is a making a play for the appeal of the whole state for his run for senator 2010. Let me be the first to sound the warning folks, he don't have the well being of the citizens of the state in his heart. No more than the folks in his congressional district 11. He has massive polictical ambitions and don't care about who he rolls over to acheive them. Rember I said it first congressman, senator, president. thats a laugh

Someone (DNC?) sent us a memo to PLEASE NOT name your children after Barack Hussein Obama.
(i.e. Obamaneika, Obamaneisha, Obamashonda, Barackonda,etc...)
Shuler must be competing with celebrities to see who can come up with the most unique name for their children.

All he has to do is say a few words and it becomes evident. With ALL his business in Tennessee, he NEEDS to move there and run. Much of his donations come from the TN rednecks.
