The State Employees Association of North Carolina has been unhappy all along with the Health Plan bill.
"We're disappointed in the entire process," said Ardis Watkins, a lobbyist for the assocaition, which has 55,000 members. "The devastating effect this bill will have on the working families of this state were not considered."
