Rep. Brad Miller has placed himself in the middle of a First Amendment fight after House Republicans directed Capitol Hill police to detain a documentary crew seeking to film a Wednesday hearing on a controversial natural gas procurement practice, according to The Huffington Post.
Approximately 16 Capitol Hill police officers entered the hearing room and handcuffed Josh Fox, director of the Academy Award-nominated documentary "Gasland," amid audible discussions of "disorderly conduct" charges, according to Democratic sources who spoke to the website’s reporter.
Miller, a Raleigh Democrat, is the ranking Democrat on the House Subcommittee on Energy and Environment. He is currently seeking a procedural maneuver that would allow the detained film crew to re-enter the hearing, which is open to the public, according to the Huffington Post.

Brad Miller Looking for Employment

He's looking for employment right.
