Sex-on-duty has traditionally been perceived (or at least jokingly referred to as) an expected fringe benefit.

A report by outside consultants examining the culture at the N.C. Highway Patrol and recommending increased ethics training, particularly regarding appropriate expectations for sexual behavior, quoted in the News & Observer on Sept. 22, 2009.

It's a nice fringe benefit. I can see why there is a waiting list to get into the patrol. And it might be that thing about women loving a man in uniform. I can attest to that fact as I wear a uniform (bus driver.) The women just cannot control themselves.

And I don't think this fringe benefit is taxable.....yet.
