No whine and cheese here

Say What?
We plan to remain focused on running the best public university in America. We do not intend to whine or complain.

Tom Ross, the UNC system president, says universities are doing their best to serve students, despite the fact that budget cuts are hitting campuses hard.

Just this week they are sending the UNCW basketball team to the Bahamas to scrimmage. Don't get no "Best" than that.
