What is the biggest challenge facing North Carolina? Your county? Your district?
Twofold: The delay in issuing timely decisions. Secondly, Judges who do not fairly and impartially interpret and apply the law. Judges who substitute their own personal policy preferences instead of following the law as legislated by the elected representatives of the people.
