Re: Pittenger's farewell

Robert Pittenger has been a hero to true conservatism in the Senate and we can only hope he can defeat insider Dalton in November. Pittenger's stood up for NC taxpayers since he has been in the Senate, and has more ideas to truly improve state gov't than any other Senator by far.

Re: Pittenger's farewell

Thank god. We'll be rid of the guy in the Senate - and there's little chance he'll beat Dalton, who is more effective and thoughtful in almost every way than Pittenger.

Note to Linda Daves: Please keep recruiting Republican legislators to run in hopeless races for higher office. It's a double-down strategy that will finally give your party the voice it deserves.
