I wonder whose claims are right, and whose are wrong?

Hillary and McCain tell me that a gas tax holiday will lower my gas prices. Obama tells me that a gas tax holiday will do nothing to lower my gas prices. I wish there was someplace I could go (a newspaper maybe?) to determine which candidate is correct!
