Glad when it's over.

I know Hiden Joe Biden will be glad when it's over so he can at least go down to the 7-11 for a cup of coffee. It was reported today that they aren't even going to let him go to the door to hand out candy to the trick-or-treaters. That's cold.

Re: Obama's general election surrogates

He also has those awesome glow in the dark orange yards signs that are difficult to read, I have seen both of them. Was chartreuse taken?

Re: Mr. Terrell...

Jjsmith Of course he does! He blogs on "Talking about Politics," too, and let me assure you his comments there are every bit as intelligent, incisive and sensible as they are here - and every bit as comprehensible.

Actually, I think Dan Blue has probably been extremely respectful of poor ole Tangoz by the simple act of refraining from making comment.

But let it not be said that Tangoz' candidacy stands for nothing. It stands as an important reminder that we have really, truly fallen down in a nation. I think one could put together a folder entitled "Indications of a Nation in Decay," and include the clips of Robin Hayes lying about what he said about "America haters," Sarah Palin's comments about "real Americans," some other dingbat's recent comments about the "real Virginia" (as opposed to the district where McCain's numbers are low), and virtually anything that Poor Terrell has remembered long enough to repeat on this site and that of TAP.

Mr. Terrell...

Do you even campaign outside of Under the Dome?

I saw General Wesley Clark last night in Monroe

He did a wonderful job and spoke to a packed house. We had planned for 200 and wound up having 300 people show up for our fall GOTV rally. General Clark received a very enthusiastic standing ovation and was extremely patient while just about everyone in the hall had their pictures made with him.

Re: Obama's general election surrogates

The people in this state are angry that people are dying because of the failure of the politicians in charge. They happened to be Democrats on all levels. That includes the ones currently serving prison sentences to include former Speaker of the State House Jim Black.

Now we find out that the government is $320 million in the red not counting the over $800 million the general Assembly borrowed without voter approval this year. Maybe Hagan can squeeze recall her millions in PORK to help balance the budget that she claims to have done. Even though it is required by State Constitutional Admendment.

Dan Blue disrespects the voters in the 33rd and disrespects your truly by his total oblivion to us. He is a leader in the GA and deserves the criticism for it's failures. I respected him when this race started but that is fading fast because he does not take the democratic process seriously.

Good point. Added Blue.

Re: Obama's general election surrogates

And you are too busy typing out angry messages on Under the Dome to campaign for the 33rd District.

Do you actually have a campaign other than posting here?

Re: Obama's general election surrogates

Ryan,

You forgot Dan Blue. The man too busy campaigning for Obama and against McCain to be interested in his own state house district (33).

Re: Obama's general election surrogates

What the hell do surrogates DO??? Never heard of this BS before...is it some kind of democrackkk smoke and mirrors?

Re: Obama's general election surrogates

I agree wolfpackalum (Hey, I'm one too) :) Who really cares about surrogates for either side. Really, a lot of this list is people who are actors on TV shows. Why in the world would I care what they think?

Re: Obama's general election surrogates

Question...who really cares about the surrogates? For either campaign.

Re: Obama's general election surrogates

I can see him railing against the "Evil League of Evil" now...

Re: Obama's general election surrogates

I would love to see Neil Patrick Harris...why not? He could do some LGBT campaigning for him...

Re: Obama's general election surrogates

LMAO! He actually has Kumar doing the rounds for him? He couldn't get Doogie Howser?

Re: Obama's general election surrogates

Both Harold Perrineau of Lost and Tatiana Ali of Fresh Prince of Bel-Air were in the state earlier this month on behalf of Senator Obama.

Re: Obama's general election surrogates

Ellen Pompeo, who plays the title character on Grey's Anatomy, is coming to Meredith College for Obama on Saturday.
