President Barack Obama will travel to Raleigh on Wednesday for an event to push his health care reform effort.
He'll follow that appearance with a stop in southwest Virginia, according to White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs.
Gibbs announced the events at an off-camera briefing with reporters this morning but offered no other details.
UPDATE: During the briefing, Gibbs was asked about future events or television broadcasts that Obama might use for advocating health care reform.
"I don’t know if there’s any TV plans," Gibbs said. "We travel again on Wednesday. We’ll go through this in the (discussion of the) week ahead this afternoon but we have stops in Raleigh, North Carolina, and southwestern Virginia . . . It’s health care."
UPDATE: The White House identified the second stop as Bristol, Va.

Re: Obama coming to Raleigh Wednesday
Your comment demonstates your not too smart! If you elemenated just one of the departments that is not in the consitution--let's say the departmennt of transportation-- you could not even drive to work. Then let's elemenate the department of energy-- how much would you think gas and electricity would cost with out regulation?
