don't like tax holidays, if a tax is worth it, a holiday isn't. They should pick one or the other. oh yeah, what wuptd said...

As expected, as soon as things got bad, the lottery money will be redirected to wasted social welfare projects. North Carolina does NOT have a revenue problem, it has a spending problem. Cut out the waste and stop giving benefits to illegal aliens and almost all the problems go away.
