Mitt Romney responds to Obama ad by touting his economic record

Mitt Romney gave President Barack Obama the North Carolina TV market for one day before he debuted his latest ad.

The 30-second spot is the latest in a series describing "Day 1" in the Republican's administration -- and this one again focuses on the economy. The campaign provided no details on where the commercial is appearing in North Carolina or how often, making it difficult to know whether it will be effective. See the full script below.
