U.S. Rep. Brad Miller, a Raleigh Democrat, and Sen. Richard Burr, a Winston-Salem Republican, will host a special film screening of the documentary “Semper Fi: Always Faithful” at the North Carolina Museum of History Auditorium Tuesday. The documentary chronicles the efforts of retired Marine Jerry Ensminger and Mike Partain who helped uncover one of the largest groundwater contaminations in history at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune.
