McCrory has a mystery opponent in GOP primary

Former Charlotte Mayor Pat McCrory has a GOP primary opponent in the governor's race, although it's not anyone very well known in political circles.

James Harney of Fayetteville on Wednesday filed papers to run as a Republican candidate for governor. He could not be immediately reached for comment.
