I'm afraid I had to hit the road this morning to catch up on some dreaded work. I'm trying to make more so that I can spread more wealth to those behind me.

I am touched that I was missed but I'm never too far away. It's hard to get rid of cockroaches and us conservatives.

I miss Domewatcher. He's so funny.

I nominate myself for best recent post headline ever.

Hard to understand why someone thinks they can post non sequitur essays railing against the will of the people, then disappear when called on it.

Maybe it has something to do with the will of the People.

What else does he have to watch?

Telling. And funny.

It's a classic case. He's secretly attracted to us, and he thinks leveling incomprehensible umbrella-related insults toward us will disguise his painful longing. It's come to a head this morning because our site's been down for a few days undergoing digital surgery, and the temporary loss of voyeuristic thrills has driven him to panic.

Oh, wait, what was it meant to do?

Several government studies have followed the post-life activities of pardoned turkeys. These studies have revealed that few, if any, pardoned turkeys retire to Florida. There is also no evidence that a pardoned turkey has ever lived in the Rose Garden or slept in the Lincoln Bedroom. And very few have been seen at the Governor's mansion since Gov. Hunt's 3rd term.

But the government study has proved that many pardoned turkeys are given screen-names and become regular posters over at BlueNC, thus finally offering an explaination for one of the great mysteries of the universe.

P.S. Please remember to always carry an umbrella if walking with a BlueNC poster. They somehow want to look up during a thunderstorm and it can be quite tragic. Holding an umbrella over them can sometimes be the difference in life and death.

Yup, that would be the feel-good segment where the Governor pardons a turkey on the local news for all the little kiddies.

Only MSNBC blocked out the "Carl" character from Caddy Shack doing the opposite by making turkey milkshakes in the replay as he grins over his shoulder at the beauty queen talking nonsense.

Even though the actual gore ran in living color on the local news, nobody is saying they're offended by it Domewatcher. It's just funny. Really, really funny.

On behalf of us redneck conservatives, I want to apologize for Sarah's video which shows the killing of turkeys. I never realized until now that my liberal, tree-hugging friends did not know that most turkeys are killed before serving. This is true of most animals being consumed by meat eaters.

This is a horrible turn of events......especially right here at Thanksgiving. I am sure that many of my liberal friends will shun the traditional Thanksgiving turkey now that they know the thing was killed before being cooked. (Bojangles and KFC also kill most chickens prior to serving. I think it has something to do with salmonella.) I can even remember the days when we chopped the turkey's head off, plucked the feathers and cooked and ate that big stuffed bird. And with homemade egg gravy, spoon bread and oyster dressing.

P.S. Next time someone tells you that "it is cold enough to kill hogs," just walk away. Liberals don't need to attend a good ole' country hog killin', especially if you get upset that they're killing turkeys.

That said, go Sarah, go! Where do Democrats give to make you the GOP nominee forever?

Lol Conmax. First, your tax dollars did not pay for Sarah's clothing.

And second, what about all the "gifts" the Democrat women get from special interest groups and lobbiests? First time you ever heard of that? Do the research instead depending on tv and newspapers for your information.

The criticism of Sarah palin doesn't have anything to do with the fact that she's a woman, but has everything to do with the fact that she's as dumb as a rock.
There are several successful and capable women in the Republican party, Palin is not one of them.

When can expect the Women Republican Club of Wake to refund the Taxpayers of the United States for Sara 150 thousand dollar campaign dress expense?

I hope Sara has a Polar Bear to repo her designer clothes with her Huband Todd as Bait........
