Legislative Black Caucus meets tomorrow

The Black Caucus will meet tomorrow to discuss Rep. Thomas Wright, reports Tim Boyum of News 14 Carolina:

The Legislative Black Caucus is meeting tomorrow and supposedly Rep. Wright is on their agenda. There have been reports some members want to ask their colleagues to vote for censure instead of kicking him out of office.

WHY? because there are MANY CORRUPT DEMOCRAT mouths to be fed from such
'employment'...its how they operate to keep the kettle poisoned. Its time for some drastic measures in NC, and to those who control things.

Re: Legislative Black Caucus meets tomorrow

Finally, the quiet chorale has decided to at least have words! Why in the world woud they even consider censure. But, like 'Wrong' said ". . .Let the party begin." He must have plenty of dirt on them too! But regardless of even this, as a proud North Carolinian, what angers me is 'Wrong' has not shown any remorse! He is acting as if he has not done anything! Oh yeah, I wonder how that audit at NCCU is going?. . .
(I'll bet Joyner knows! . . .)

Re: Legislative Black Caucus meets tomorrow

Maybe these legislators can enlighten us about a lobby team that keeps turning over. Ken Melton (three months) and Dan Crawford (a year) bolted from ElectriCities lobby team last week very suddenly after a very short time. Six of eight people have left government relations there in the past five years. Pretty dramatic turnover signaling some problem?? Of course, I want to know why it take 10 contract lobbyists at a cost of more than $500,000 to lobby in addtion to the staff lobbyists.

Re: Legislative Black Caucus meets tomorrow

I wonder if we'll get results of the audit after the meeting too? RTB - how long have we been waiting on that?

Re: Legislative Black Caucus meets tomorrow

Difficult to believe that anyone would want Thomas Wright to represent our Great State in any capacity. As the old saying goes "BIRDS OF A FEATHER FLOCK TOGETHER."
