Personnel file: Kevin Leonard promoted at county commissioners association

Kevin Leonard, lobbyist for the N.C. Association of County Commissioners, was promoted to deputy director. 

Leonard, who been with the association since 2009, worked for Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice and for the state Department of Labor as a lobbyist. Leonard will share the deputy director title with Patrice Roesler.

Great Day for NC Association of County Commissioners

Kevin Leonard is a top-notch government relations professional. He is ethical, intelligent, and has an excellent relationship with lawmakers on both sides of the aisle. The NC Association of County Commissioners is lucky to have him and I'm glad to hear of his promotion to deputy director.
