A Dome letter to the vice president:
Oh, Joe Biden, mister vice president. There you go again. We know you love North Carolina -- and you campaigned here Monday with good vigor. And now this: "We can win North Carolina again! And if we do we win the election."
But remember, at the end of the day, the drive to Virginia? We know Danville's just across the border, but I'm sure they don't appreciate you spreading all the love on North Carolina while campaigning in Virginia.
