Jill Biden heading to Durham on Sunday

Jill Biden, wife of vice president Joe Biden, will attend a campaign event in Durham on Sunday, according to the White House.

No details were available. The vice president plans to campaign in Asheville and Charlotte on Tuesday.

The stepped up activity comes as four consecutive independent polls show the Obama-Biden ticket taking a small lead over the Romney ticket.

future world economy: NC chapter

I'm impressed that Kissell was a Production Manager at Union Carbide. Union Carbide is a major producer and supplier of ethylene, a plastic made from an oil fraction. If we wanted to, we could turn 85% of a barrel of oil into ethylene. Thermoplastics are recyclable plastics as they melt 30C-50C before they disassociate. This means the rest of our oil can be around for millenia if we plan it right. I suppose we could make some from coal or something if we had to, but would be very resource intensive. My last production manager was from a Mormon workplace (noting favouratism), where they accused me of four counts of sexual assault before he fired me: I'm a passive guy. I see this man as an asset to buildinig a prosperous future.

Jill, why do you and Joe avoid charitable donations?

Why are ya'll so cheap giving to others???
