House Republicans have reserved more than $2 million in post-Labor Day television time to try to take out Democratic Congressmen Mike McIntyre and Larry Kissell, according to Roll Call.
The National Republican Congressional Committee's independent expenditure arm has reserved $564,000 in the Raleigh market and $293,000 in the Wilmington market to help defeat McIntyre and help elect Republican state Sen. David Rouzer.
The NRCC has also reserved $1.21 million in the Charlotte market against Kissell. His Republican opponent will be decided in a runoff to held July 17th.
Nationally, the House Republicans have reserved $18.2 million in TV air time, according to Roll Call.
