Good art; terrible writing. And perhaps should be promoted on the opinion page rather than the news blog?

The lakes maybe full, but the water table is not back to where it should be. The end result is another, possibly worse, drought this summer.

If it weren't for the dams and proper water management the lakes would be no where near full.

Well done; the tag at the end was perfect. Wonder if poor, unbathed "Bingo" knows that "Yeah, all the lakes are full."
