Bruce Jentleson, who teaches at the Sanford School of Public Policy at Duke University, is advising the Obama re-election campaign.
Jentleson has been appointed to the Obama 2012 National Security Advisory Steering Committee, and is co-chairing the Middle East working group.
He served as a senior foreign policy advisor on Vice President Al Gore's 2000 presidential campaign, has served as a State Department advisor and worked in other capacities in Washington.
