A subpoena in the corruption case of Boyce Allen Hudson, a former state Department of Environment and Natural Resources official, names a Raleigh company.

Hudson is accused of trying to expedite permits for a company, not identified in court documents, in exchange for cash.

The subpoena from fedreal investigators shows it sought any records dealing with Agri-Business Ethanol.
