Cook to stay under threshold

Timothy CookTimothy Cook does not intend to raise much money.

The candidate for the Republican nomination for lieutenant governor filed a notice with the State Board of Elections that he will not raise or spend more than $3,000.

That keeps him below the legal threshold to file campaign finance reports.
