Also - when does the study come out that shows we've spent an additional $1 billion on education and how much better our educational system is doing. Certainly an additional $1 billion dollars "invested" in education will have a tremendous impact on our schools.

YAY! $1 Billion taken out of our economy which could have been spent on other goods and services that would create jobs!! HOORAY for government having more money!
