Status update: Gov. Perdue is scheduled to be in Fayetteville today to meet with veterans today while Lt. Gov. Walter Dalton is in Forest City for an economic development announcement. Word is a "well-known" company will build a data center to take advantage of tax incentives lawmakers passed last summer. The announcement comes at 11:30 this morning. (N&O)
