The &quot;Virtual Townhall&quot; link at the top will allow residents of North Carolina&#39;s 10th District to submit questions that McHenry will answer in real time, Barb Barrett reports.</p><p>Previously, he&#39;s hosted two &quot;Teletownhalls,&quot; in which residents phoned in questions.
