Rielle Hunter won a consent judgement that orders Andrew Young to return several items of her property, including an alleged sex tape of her and former presidential candidate John Edwards.
“We got the outcome we were seeking,” said Hunter’s attorney, Alan Duncan.
Hunter, Edwards’ former mistress, sued Young in 2010 after Young published his expose bringing light the existence of the tape in February of that year. She sought to have her personal property returned to her.
