What are you ISO?

Happy Thursday, Taking Stock readers!

Today I won't be around much because I am doing a special coupon event for military families at Fort Bragg.

But I thought I'd put up a post today encouraging you to help each other out.

Here's your chance to share items that you are ISO, or "in search of." These could be things you miss from home or items you just can't find in this area anymore.

Post what you are looking for and maybe someone out there can help you out. You never know unless you ask! For those replying, remember to be as specific as you can both in terms of which item you are talking about and where it can be found.

Taking Stock will be back full-force tomorrow! (And for those of you wondering, we will be announcing the details of our next coupon class in the Triangle soon! Keep an eye on this blog!)

Re: What are you ISO?

Can military families at Ft. Bragg use expired coupons? If so, do you have a contact name where we can send our expired coupons? Thanks so much for doing the class. I used to work in Fayetteville and know there are many military families that struggle...I am sure this was a great opportunity for many of them!

Re: What are you ISO?

Nestle's Tastes Choice Instant Flavored Coffee, preferrably the hazelnut flavor. Harris Teeter carried the flavored containers until recently, but now everyone has switched over to the box of 20 individual packets which is much more expensive.

Re: What are you ISO?

I am in search of anyone willing to part with their coupons for Pepto Bismol from the Oct P&G Brand Saver insert. I have to consume 540 tablets in the next two months and sure could use the discount! Please reply to hillary.kokes at yahoo.com. Thanks!

Re: What are you ISO?

Yoplait thick-and-creamy banana yogurt (not strawberry-banana).

Barilla vermicelli (1-lb package).

Re: What are you ISO?

I am looking for Tallericos brand chip steak sauce.

Re: What are you ISO?

I'm looking for a place in the Triangle that will fix holes in my cashmere sweaters. I understand that I can't sew the holes, that they have to be rewoven. Thanks!

Re: What are you ISO?

I can only find Cookies and Cream Pop-Tarts in certain stores and the 12 pack in even less stores. I am in North Raleigh and hate driving to different stores just for those.

Re: What are you ISO?

Trappey's brand pickled okra. I can find places to order it online, but I'd rather not have to buy six jars at a time, pay shipping, etc.

Re: What are you ISO?

Checked the store locator at Snyders of Hannover http://www.snydersofhanover.com/StoreLocator/ The results showed the closest retailer to be Food Lion or Harris Teeter in Danville, VA. You might try asking you local Food Lion or Harris Teeter manager if she could get stock item for you.

Re: What are you ISO?

Thank you so much Sue for helping the families of our servicmen/women. They are so deserving of this help with lowering their daily expenses. You are a patriot!

Re: What are you ISO?

Thanks for doing an event at Fort Bragg - the support for military families is fantastic :-)

Re: What are you ISO?

Snyder's Garlic Bread Nibblers (pretzel nuggets). Not the "pieces" but the "nibblers". Even Amazon doesn't have these anymore but Snyder's claims they still make them. Thanks
