Can't forget the blueberries and raspberries at Harris Teeter 4/$6. Buy some strawberries at BOGO (i.e. $2 each), and make yourself a berry mix that's easy on the wallet.
I picked up a coupon pamphlet in the dairy section at Food Lion this morning. There are some decent coupons in it, including a manufacturer's coupon for $0.50 off a single cup of Breyer's yogurt. That should be free at any place that doubles manufacturer's coupons.

From Rite Aid - they have the Crest 1L Pro Health Rinses 3 for $15 with a $10 rebate. There was a coupon from early July (expiring tomorrow 7/31) for $.75 off one.
Teen Spirit or Lady Speed Stick 2.3 oz. on sale for $.99. There was a coupon in the Sunday paper for $.75 off purchase of one 24/7 Lady Speed Stick.
CVS had: buy $10 worth of various candy and get $5 Extra Bucks. This included Lifesavers that are on sale buy 1 get 1 free.
Office Depot has composition notebooks for $.30 each limit 5 (the store in Cary had lots of boxes in stock of these this a.m. - Thursday). They also had bottles for glue for $.01 limit 5 (not in great supply in Cary, they're close to the front of the store in a line of other items for school, but clearly marked for a penny.
