Be on the lookout for cheap Halloween candy (if you didn't get enough yesterday, that is).
Most retailers will start their clearance at 50 percent off and work their way up from there. Of course you have to do that delicate balancing act of waiting until the discount is high but the candy you want is still in stock. If you're shopping Target, remember that there are some printable coupons on the Target Web site that could help you score a bigger discount.

I also recommend if you want stuff from Target, the non Super ones are the best for a large selection at clearance. In Raleigh, I recommend the one on Capital in the Lowes/Lowes Foods shopping center and the one at North Hills.
