The Mint's new menu is here...

Last month, I wrote about some changes over at The Mint restaurant in downtown Raleigh. The restaurant brought in new investors and was overhauling the menu to be more budget-friendly in these economically difficult times. I got an e-mail yesterday advertising the new menu, which includes a three-course lunch for $18 and a three-course dinner for $30. You can check out the new menus on the Mint's Web site here.
