Sullivan's restaurants are rolling out some new budget-friendly options. That would make them the latest upscale restaurant trying to appeal to suddenly frugal diners.
Among the offerings: a prix fixe menu offered during certain times of the day that is $29 for a three-course meal; $5 martinis and wine plus half-price bar entrees and cigars on Thursdays; and a special "Contender" menu offering restaurant favorites at prices below $25.
