I tried this yesterday, but it turns out that the shipping limit is $13.99 and it doesn't apply to all purchases ... you actually have to call to find out if it applies to the item you wish to buy. I sent a simple bouquet of flowers, but my $11.99 shipping fee was not waived. When I called to ask about it, they did give me 15% off my purchase, but that was only $6.
