Area sports fans may be interested to know that the new Tobacco Road Sports Cafe under construction on Glenwood South has partnered with 99.9 The Fan. The radio station is planning to do pre-games shows for events like NFL football, college football, NCAA basketball and the Masters from a remote studio right inside the restaurant. According to Tobacco Road's owners, the restaurant is projected to open later this month.

October 2, 2008 - 12:29pm — britt8099Funny thing is, this restaurant is supposed to be no smoking. They took a poll on their blog and 82% of people voted for no smoking.
