I tried to go to Starbucks this morning to get my free coffee and it turns out that they were told to only doing the testing during their rush hours. They had ended this morning by 11 am at the Fuquay Starbucks. They were kind enough to still give me a cup of the instant Via coffee though. So, if you're planning on doing the testing go in the morning.
