Read your Friday column and was sad to hear about The Symposium Cafe closing in Durham. I've been there 3 times in 2008 and enjoyed my meal and the prices were reasonable. However, I did notice they were not too crowded during my visits. So I guess the economy took its toll on it. The service was always good there. I hope the Cuban restaurant will do ok there. Enjoy reading your weekly column even though I liked it better on Sat morning - just used to it I guess!
