If you know anyone who's a Leap Year baby, tell them to go to Whole Foods on Friday. All area Whole Foods stores will be giving away a FREE small birthday cake and a $10 gift certificate to anyone who was born on Feb. 29. All they have to do is go to customer service and show their ID.
I think it's well-deserved... I'd want something special if I only got to celebrate my birthday every four years...
