Raleigh's Rocky Top Hospitality has reopened its Michael Dean's and Bogart's restaurants for lunch service during December. Both had gone to evening-only hours this past summer. Michael Dean's on Falls of Neuse Road in Raleigh is open for lunch through Dec. 24. Bogart's on Glenwood South will be open for lunch through the 19th. Both are serving from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. daily.
