Well, it’s the Fourth of July, so most retailers have things that you’d expect on sale this week. It’s a good time to stock up on hot dogs and buns for this weekend, and it’s also a good time to buy cheap condiments, paper plates, cups, etc. If you host a lot of events, I'd buy a lot so that I have them for later in the year. They are pretty cheap this week and on sale just about everywhere.
There’s also a big push this week by stores to promote their store brand items. CVS, Kerr, Rite Aid and Lowes Foods all devoted a good amount of space in their fliers to promoting store brand items. So, if you are a fan of generics, you may want to look closely this week since there are some good deals on those as well.
Deal of the week: Just in time for summer grilling, Lowes Foods has A1 marinades on sale BOGO (buy one get one free) this week. If you have a couple of the $2 coupons from June 14, that should be FREE.

In all, it’s a pretty exciting deals week. Harris Teeter is indeed introducing Super Doubles, a promotion in which it will double the value of coupons up to $1.98 in value. So all your $1.50 coupons could be worth $3 off your total. That’s pretty amazing.
Kroger is running a special sale where you get $3 off at the register when you buy 10 qualifying items, and several of those items match up with coupons from the past few weeks.
There are tons of free after rebate or free after coupon items this week and plenty of free toothpaste to go around if you happen to need some. There’s even more cheap cereal out there, both Kellogg’s and General Mills. And it’s also a good week to buy Lysol cleaners and begin stocking up on things like hot dogs and cold cuts if you are planning a Fourth of July celebration.
Deal of the week: Harris Teeter may be running Super Doubles, but this week’s deal of the week is just a good deal. Starbucks ice cream is on sale for $3 a pint. Use the $1 coupon from Sunday’s paper and that makes it a buck. That's the best price on that ice cream in town this week and just in time for summer!

This is a week where we have a lot of deals relating to specific themes like Father’s Day and Dairy Month.
Among the highlights: There are a couple of items that are free using the right coupon and Kroger’s 10 for $10 sale. It’s also a good week to find cheap deodorant and a sale on cereal or bottled water. We have $1.97 gallons of milk at Harris Teeter and lots of specials on ice cream this week. And there are a lot of sales on meat because of Father’s Day, so it might be a good chance to stock up.
Also, Lowes Foods issued its latest batch of store coupons this week, so be sure to grab those before you put today’s paper in the recycling bin!
Deal of the week: At Walgreens this week, select Right Guard, Dry Idea or Soft & Dri deodorants are 99 cents with the store coupon on page 11 of this week’s sales flier. Then if you still have the $1 coupon from April 19, that makes it FREE! Or, even if you have the $1 off two from May 17, that’s still 50 cents each.

Well, if I had to sum up this week’s sales, I’d say it’s a good week for cheese and cereal.
There are tons of cereal sales, both on General Mills and Special K/Kellogg’s. That works out really well since there were $1 Special K coupons in last Sunday’s inserts. (If you are a fan of Raisin Bran, don’t miss the Kellogg’s/milk deal at Lowes this week).
And the cheese sales give you another chance to use all those great printable coupons that Kraft put out on its Web site. I just love it when the sales and the coupons match up!
There are certainly plenty of other deals out there as well this week, including a couple of almost-free razor deals at the pharmacies.
DEAL OF THE WEEK: There’s a great deal this week at Rite Aid on Complete Multi-Purpose lens solution. First the solution is $7.99 and there’s a $7.99 mail-in Single Check Rebate. That makes it FREE. But, if you have the $2 coupon from May 31, that would make it a $2 money-maker.

Well, it is a pretty fine deals week out there! The folks at Kraft have really put on the marketing blitz, and there are just a ton of Kraft items on sale this week. In addition, Kraft has posted more than $30 in printable coupons on its Web site. That’s a rarity, so go print them. Many of them match up with this week’s sales. You can find them here!
There are several free after rebate or free after coupon items this week and a number of good special promotions. On top of that, we are getting a new P&G Brandsaver insert on Sunday, so the newest cycle of P&G sales is just taking off (look for more of those next week)!
Deal of the week: It’s pretty tough to ignore an item that’s free TWICE. This week at Walgreens, Ecotrin 45-count bottles are on sale for $2, but there’s a $2 Register Rewards instant rebate, making it FREE. However, if you use the $2 coupon from May 17 when you check out, that makes it FREE when you purchase it, and you will get the $2 Register Reward coupon to use on a future purchase.

Well, this week there are fewer deals because retailers are coming off of the big Memorial Day weekend. However, triple coupons at Harris Teeter should help ease our pain.
Remember this is the last chance to use the more than 200 coupons that expire on May 31, so make sure you take some time to go through your coupon collection this week!
Deal of the week: At Walgreens this week, there’s a great deal on Reach dental floss and toothbrushes. Buy two for $5 and get $3 back in Register Rewards. Then you could also use the $1.50 off two coupon from March 15 to make that a final cost of 50 cents for two.

With the Memorial Day weekend coming up, it is a really good deals week out there.
You’ll find deals on things you’d expect, like ice cream, lunch meat, etc. But there are also some really good deals on non-perishable items like paper plates, condiments, soda and party supplies, which makes this is a really good week to stock up. There are lots of deals that line up with the recent coupons, and there are plenty of opportunities to make things FREE with the right coupon and sale combination, or free after rebate.
For some of these items, this may be the cheapest price of the summer. So if you spot a really good deal on something you use all the time, buy as many as you have space to store. Deal of the week: For all you steak fans out there, let’s go to Lowes Foods this week, where A1 marinade is buy one get one and you can use the $2 coupon from last week to get that for FREE. Or, A1 sauce is also $2.50 and that same coupon will knock the price down to 50 cents.

Well, I think retailers may be taking it easy this week as they gear up for the big Memorial Day weekend next week. But there are still some decent deals out there.
It is a good week to start stocking up on things you know you will need next week like paper products and condiments. There are some good sales on some of those items this week.
Deal of the week: I think this week I have to go with the Harris Teeter deal on Kraft barbecue sauce. It’s buy TWO get THREE free. And if you have two of the 75-cent coupons from May 3, then that will make those pretty much free.

Well, an early Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms out there! With the holiday coming up, it should not be surprising that things like flowers, candy and cards are being promoted heavily this week.
There are also some good deals on P&G products, since we got the new P&G Brandsaver this past Sunday. And there are a couple of free after rebate items at the pharmacies this week, though just a few.
Deal of Week: This week, I think I’m going to choose a deal at Harris Teeter, where you get $3 off your total at the checkout when you buy three qualifying products from this list: Velveeta Shells & Cheese cups, Kraft mayo, Nabisco Classics cookies, Kraft dressings (note that’s only certain varieties), Oreo Fun Stix, Oscar Mayer hot dogs or Planters Harvest Blends. That’s a fine deal if you want some of those items, but a great deal especially if you want the Velveeta cups. They are on sale for $1 each. You have to buy three, so it will be $3. But then you get the $3 discount, making them FREE.

It’s a pretty decent deals week out there, I would say.
Kroger is running a 10 for $10 sale. Harris Teeter has more of those buy one or two and get two or three for free sales. And Lowes is running a $2 sale that has a few good bargains. It’s also a great week to get shaving gel free after rebate at the pharmacies, and there continue to be some strong deals on allergy medicine. This is the week that a couple of the really good coupons from April expire, so be sure to look through your stash to see if there are any you want to use. If you are still hanging onto that Kraft salad dressing $1.50 coupon or the Crystal Light buy two get one free coupon, there are a few good chances to use those this week before they expire.
Deal of the week: Speaking of those Kraft salad dressing coupons, the dressings are on sale at Harris Teeter this week buy one get one free. Add in the coupon and that should be a pretty good deal!
