The crowd is just starting to fill up at the Hillary Clinton event at Wake Tech.

Spotted so far: Raleigh City Councilman Rodger Koopman.

Koopman said he came to the event because he was invited. He said he has not made a decision whether to endorse Clinton, but he said she would make a great president.

One drawback: He has a "bunch of rabid Republicans" in his district that he wouldn't want to upset.

"I'm still talking to my advisers about that," he told Dome.
