Issues

Name one way you would change government.

I am running because I believe we need effective leadership for Wake County. We are facing some challenging times and we need a State Senator who will work on the issues that face most of us everyday and not focus on the issues that divide us. My background as a small business owner and a financial advisor will allow me a unique background in the General Assembly. The cornerstone issues of my campaign are the Economy, Growth, Education and Healthcare. One idea I have is to make sure that all of our children are educated in personal financial management so that these hard economic times do not make things even worse than the need to be. Every child that graduates from high school in NC should understand how to stay out of debt, how to balance a checkbook and the importance of saving for the future.

What is the most pressing problem affecting the function of district court?
