GOP opening more campaign offices

The Republicans are opening up more of their local “victory” offices this week.

On Thursday, a victory office was opened in Salisbury with GOP House candidate Richard Hudson, party vice chairman Wayne King, and state Rep. Harry Warren.

On Friday, the party will open up a victory office in Southern Pines. Congresswoman Renee Ellmers and state Sen. Harris Blake will officiate at the event that will begin at 1 p.m. At 230 S. West Broad St.

UPDATE: The Republicans will also open a North Wake office on Saturday at 3 p.m. at 811 Spring Forest Road, Suite 100 at an event attended by former Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty. They will also open an office Saturday in Bolivia at 9:30 a.m. at an event attended by congressional candidate David Rouzer and state Rep. Frank Iler.
