Hard choices?? You raised the sales tax, the income tax.... Any idiot could have come up with that in 5 minutes. Why did it take so long?? Enjoying that per diem at the taxpayer's expense, I bet. How is it Dumpling can afford a new communications director?

Burlington's economy must be booming:

"When I walk down the street in Alamance County, 12 out of every 100 people, they're not working right now," (Ingle) said.

They've got a shocking number of people working in Burlington considering that the national employment-population ratio is at 59.4. That means that 40 out of every 100 people walking down the street in the rest of the country are not working. I'm amazed that Burlington is doing so well!

Ingle is an Elon University police detective who received 17 of the 24 votes cast by the Alamance County's GOP executive committee.

Ingle has my vote too if he had anything to do with cracking that Nostradamus quatrain about a mass murder on a campus located somewhere between a reservoir and a cemetery on a random October 31st in the early 90's.

If memory serves, Elon was the only institution of higher learning that actually closed as a precaution.

I'm sure countless lives were saved.

Hey, college police detectin' aint all by the book. Unless sometimes that book is a 1555 publication of Les Propheties.
