Hey Republican Chairman Fetzer,

Do your kids go to public school? Oops, I forgot.

We're here. We like Tea Parties. Get used to it! (Or I'll sue you so hard.)

Why? Because Obama is actually straight?

Yes, the NCGOP has a long road ahead looking forward to this kind of stuff every time Fetzer opens his mouth as party head.

Re: Hagan works on dropout prevention

By the time they reach high school, many "at-risk" kids are heavily into
drugs--either as customers or as dealers. "Using" and dealing lead to crime, so just ensuring they are not dropping out of school does nothing to relieve the bigger problem of criminality. Many budding dealers attend school for the sole purpose of engaging more customers--handing out samples, etc.
School is not the magic antidote to entrenched devilment, and it's simplistic to think so. Teachers are not wardens, but teachers.
The "at-risk" kids' problems begin in babyhood--set up a program to prevent abuse, neglect, molestation then and you might achieve something.

I didn't even know there was a protest of Bush going to school. The liberal media really dropped the ball on that one. I'm sure you mean the protesters against No Child Left Behind and there was the standard Bush bombs babies out front of the schools he attended early in his years, but he was pushing the No Child Left Behind bill while he and his wife did their school tour. I didn't know it was a republican cause to protest people telling kids to stay in school and work hard for your education.

Fester, were you one of the many Democrats that protested Bush speaking to the schools?
By the way, is Mac Daddy going to teach the kids Patriotism or just loyalty to work for the mother country? Is he going to be proud of America like Reagan and Bush, or is he going to teach them to apologize? You can say what you want, but I really don't think it is up to you to decide what other parents want their children to hear. Maybe you want Jones to speak to your kids?

Until Obama brainwashes our children. It's all part of the master plan to teach children to read, write and possibly learn math. They could possibly try to teach your children about science, physical education or worse music. We could be informed of a new army that plans to promote peace around the world or how being a rapper or entertainer may not be an easy goal to achieve. Not long everybody, i'm really worried about my son's fragile mind hearing about this at school. We must stand up and tell educators to STOP educating our children now. No need for school kids to learn ANYTHING about Central Government or how our society is managed. We should just tell our kids their is NO president of the US and shelter them to ensure they think and judge just like us completely. No need for our children to experience the world like a free individual. We should just brainwash our kids so they do not become individuals who think freely in a free society. When Ronald Reagan, GH Bush and GW Bush we know they would never talk about a political agenda or try to educate them about current events or policy. no one just read a book upside down, the other asked kids to write him letters to explain how they could help him achieve his agenda and the other talked about the need for tax cuts and a new world vision economically.

to kane1488:
America is getting tired of LEADING the president in his job. If it wasn't for the concerned parents, he wouldn't have changed his subject. When you say that nothing better could be expected from the president, you are right, we don't expect much from him in a positive direction. He has to be lead in the right direction, kicking and screaming all the way.

to gercohen:
Actually, comparing Obama to Hitler is not too far off, if you take a look at history. Besides, the current administration (Obama)is basically turning it's back on Israel. The handling of the Iran situation and Obama's bowing to Muslims, and making apologies is not in the best interest of America. You can say what you will, but the majority of Americans feel that Obama should not apologize to other countries. To them, it is a sign of weakness. I am surprised that he didn't know that,,,,or did he?

It is always a race thing with you, isn't it? Whenever you libtards don't have an answer, you always resort to race. Do you realize how much folks are tired of hearing that crapola? Give it a break or come up with something new. No one cares about what color he is. How come you Bush bashers didn't use the race card against him? Race doesn't phase me at all and all you do is make yourself look weak by using it.

Really a very very good step. The White house is thinking about the school children. Nothing better could be expected from the president.
