@Sam:"... rather then having the candidate write an "assesment" of what he believes of himself and I post under my name."

What are you talking about? This is so false that it borders on slander. You obviously have no clue what you are talking about because the only one who knows who wrote the assessment is the person who wrote the assessment and that person is me.

I look forward to hearing your views on your preferred candidate.

No sir, again you are not correct. No one is tearing anyone down. It has been noted even by Mr Williams that the site has not endorsed Mr Adams. The thing you are correct about is free will and that belongs to everyone not just you sir. I will indeed write an assessment of my favored candidate in my words rather then having the candidate write an "assesment" of what he believes of himself and I post under my name.

Your "free will" has falsely accused me of "incoherent fashion" that I find offensive. I simply stated that several including Adams have stated that the Conservativenc.com have endorsed Adams and that is not the case. Am I correct Sir?

How's that working out for you sir?

Sam: I don't know where you get your paranoia from, but I wrote my own assessment of Chad's candidacy and posted his platform of my own free will.

God blessed me with free will and I use it often, as evidenced by the fact that I have the second most entries on www.conservativenc.com

Instead of tearing down other folks with wild accusation based in no way in reality, why not write an assessment of your favored candidate?

Perhaps it is easier for you to throw wild accusations about in an incoherent fashion. We've seen how folks who chose the easy road in society have brought our economy to the brink of ruin.

How's that working out?

That's great that Mr. Fetzer founded such a worthwhile organization.

And Mr Sykes did you and Mr Adams falsely state and published that the ConservativeNC had endorsed Mr Adams and the truth of the matter is they (ConservativeNC) have not! Sir, is it not true that the ConservativeNC does not endorse candidates? The site just posted your "comment" that was planned and written by Mr Adams and you posted under your name. Sir, not sure what your personal experience with Mr Adams is that would require you to make statements that are not the truth!

One can never be too sure of anything these days, but given that his focus at the Center for Local Innovation was studying ways to improve service to investment ratios for local taxpayers, and combined with his experience at the county government level, it seems that he has the understanding of what people need outside of the mega-cities in this state.

From personal experience I know that he is willing to take the time to listen to and support grassroots conservative efforts taking place in small towns.

I dropped out of the Republican party, and won't even consider being a Democrat. I'm just waiting around for a party that will actually work honestly for the people, that I can respect and a candidate I can support with a clear conscience. It wasn't Bush...It wasn't Clinton...It ain't McCain...and it damn sure isn't Obama. I wonder how long it will take someone to come along who can be all that? I may never live to see it.

I'm tired of these so-called "Republican values".

Elections only matter when Republicans win, claiming policitcal capital and the people have spoken? Lose and their opponent should be removed from office? Wow. Of course this is the same Robin Hayes that lied about what he said last year while warming up a McCain rally, only to retract it when someone played the tape back. And his classic of using Lysol as birth control. Can we stop listening to anyone that listens to Hayes yet?

Does the GOP want Fetzer to do for their party what he did for the city of Raleigh? Abandon the existing base while directing every government dime to undevleoped, sprawling suburbs? Taking money from the voters and giving it to the developers by way of low impact fees.

I'd be for smaller government if I actually belived he meant it.

So who and all IS running for GOP Chair.

I heard Robin Hayes say he wouldn't run for GOP Chair recently in Stanly County when he called on Larry Kissell to resign so he could take his seat back in Congress:

Ha.
